In 2019, the Colorado Legislature passed a bill legalizing medical and recreational marijuana delivery, but allowed only for medical marijuana in 2020, with recreational coming online in 2021. Under that law, only dispensaries operating within towns and counties that opt into delivery can allow the practice, with deliveries limited to residential addresses for customers at least 21 or older.
Please find below the projects that will strategically position my cannabis operation.
What is last mile delivery?
In a product’s journey from warehouse shelf, to the back of a truck, to a customer doorstep, the “last mile” of delivery is the final step of the process — the point at which the package finally arrives at the buyer’s door. In addition to being a key to customer satisfaction, last mile delivery is both the most expensive and time-consuming part of the shipping process.
CB1 LOGISTICS, LTD.
As a small social equity applicant, it is desired to provide delivery for our customers. However, there is significant risk with providing delivery service as an in-house operation or exclusively partnering with one transporter. Accordingly, the delivery app that’s under construction permits us to provide delivery service while remaining transporter agnostic.

What is social commerce?
According to Investopedia, social commerce uses networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as vehicles to promote and sell products and services. A social commerce campaign’s success is measured by the degree to which consumers interact with the company’s marketing through retweets, likes, and shares.

Functioning as a robust market place, our social commerce platform provides brands and boutique cultivators a bulk buying direct-to-consumer platform.
